RETURNS
- We offer refunds and exchanges on full priced items only. Please click here for our returns portal
- All items purchased from sale are only eligible to be issued with a credit note. We do not accept returns on "Final Sale" items, so please be sure you love the item before purchasing.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Lodge your return via our return portal muse return portal here and follow the instructions . After submitting your request, we’ll email you the instructions for sending your item back. Note: Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your item to ensure a full refund.
- Returns are usually handled within 2-4 business days of us getting your parcel. During busy times (like new collection drops or sales), processing may take a little longer.
- Postage costs and any duties for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked option with all return items as Muse is not responsible for any lost packages, nor the cost of return shipping.
- If you feel you have received a faulty product, we kindly ask you to return the item to us for assessment, following the returns process outlined above. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item in the first instance. Failing this, we will issue you with an exchange, online store credit or refund for the original amount on your order invoice. MUSE will not repair, exchange or refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.

TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders outside Australia, taxes and duties may apply, as determined by your local customs authorities. We cannot alter the value of your order on the commercial invoice, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please familiarise yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering, as refusal of these charges will result in the order being returned to us and refunded, minus a return shipping fee.
