RETURNS
We offer refunds and exchanges on full priced items for change of mind.
Please email us within 5 days of receiving your item at hello@musethelabel.com to arrange a return. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your item to ensure a full refund.
Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and the item is to be returned in its original packaging.
You will be issued a refund (less shipping & other fees) for your full priced item
All items purchased from Seasonal Sale are only eligible to be exchanged or issued with a credit note.
We do not accept returns on "Final Sale"items, so please be sure you love the item before purchasing.
Note: The cost of postage is at the senders cost.
We recommend using a tracked option with all return items as Muse is not responsible for any lost packages, nor the cost of return shipping.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders outside Australia, taxes and duties may apply, as determined by your local customs authorities. We cannot alter the value of your order on the commercial invoice, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please familiarise yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering, as refusal of these charges will result in the order being returned to us and refunded, minus a return shipping fee.
