SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Please note that delays may occur during collection launches, sale periods and public holidays.

Express and Standard Shipping timeframes apply once your order has been collected by the courier. Express Shipping does not expedite the dispatch timeframe from our warehouse.

Orders to the United States are typically delivered within 5-10 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been sent. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

Rest of the World
Flat rate $60 AUD

Orders to the rest of the world are typically delivered within 5-15 business days (depending on location) from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been sent. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

All rates are in Australian Dollars.

DELIVERY

Upon dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.

For international orders, if you are unable to be contacted upon delivery and the order is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the return shipping fee.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders outside Australia, taxes and duties may apply as determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to alter the value of your order on the commercial invoice. Please familiarise yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering — refusal of these charges will result in the order being returned and refunded minus a return shipping fee.

RETURNS

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We offer refunds and exchanges on full priced items only.

To lodge a return please visit our returns portal here.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and sent back within 7 days of receiving your item.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note that a $5 restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee does not apply to exchange or store credit returns. Please allow up to 3 business days for funds to appear once your return has been received and processed.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time the return is processed. We are unable to hold stock for exchange requests. Exchange orders will be dispatched once the return has been received and assessed.

Once submitted we will email you instructions for sending your item back. Returns are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your parcel. During busy periods such as collection launches and sales this may take a little longer.

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased during sale are eligible for store credit only. We do not accept returns on Final Sale items. Final Sale will be noted in the product description and at checkout.

RETURN SHIPPING

Postage costs and any applicable duties for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as Muse is not responsible for lost return parcels.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To assist your return parcel through customs please include the following note on your return freight label:

Returns: Returned Goods / Return for Refund
Faulty Returns: Return for Warranty / Repair

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item please follow the returns process above. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item in the first instance. Failing this, we will issue an exchange, store credit or refund for the original amount. We are unable to repair, exchange or refund items damaged due to general wear and tear.
